Are they safe for young kids?

Yes. Our squishies are made from soft, non-toxic kid-friendly materials and are designed for ages 3 and up. We only make safety claims we can back up, and our full testing documentation is listed in the footer. [CERTIFICATION / TESTING INFO]

What are they actually made of?

A slow-rise soft compound with a fabric-soft outer that springs back into shape rather than tearing. No hard plastic core, no sharp edges, nothing to snap off.

How long does shipping take?

Orders leave the shop within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery is usually 3–5 business days after that, and you'll get tracking by email the moment it ships. Free over $35.

What if we don't love it?

Send it back within 30 days for a full refund — even if it's been squished. Just email us and we'll send a prepaid label. No restocking fees, no interrogation.

Do they arrive gift-wrapped?

Always. Every order ships in tissue with ribbon and a hand-tied tag, with no prices or invoices inside. Add a free gift message at checkout and we'll print it on a card too.

How long do they last before they wear out?
