Buying from us
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email. If something goes wrong — an item sells out, a price is listed in error — we will contact you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax unless stated. Payment is taken securely by our payment provider at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Shipping is a flat $4.99 per order within the United States, free over $35. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us first so we can send you a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Product safety and age guidance
Our squishies are designed for children aged 3 and over. As with any small toy, adult supervision is recommended for younger children. Inspect regularly and remove from use any toy that has torn.
