Are they safe for young kids?
Our squishies are made from soft, non-toxic kid-friendly materials and are designed for ages 3 and up. We only make safety claims we can back up. [CERTIFICATION / TESTING INFO]
What are they actually made of?
A slow-rise soft compound with a fabric-soft outer that springs back into shape rather than tearing. No hard plastic core, no sharp edges, nothing to snap off.
Is anything in them that could irritate skin?
No. They're made from non-toxic materials and finished with a smooth outer. If your child has a known sensitivity to any craft material, email us and we'll send the full composition list before you buy.
Shipping & delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave the shop within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery is usually 3–5 business days after that, and you'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.
What does shipping cost?
A flat $4.99 per order, anywhere in the US. Orders over $35 ship free. It's one flat rate whether you buy one squishy or ten.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and want something, email us and we'll see what we can do.
Returns & guarantees
What if we don't love it?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund — even if it's been squished. Just email us and we'll send a prepaid label. No restocking fees, no interrogation.
What if it arrives damaged?
Tell us and we'll replace it straight away. Send a photo if you can — it helps us catch a packing issue before it hits anyone else.
How long do they last before they wear out?
A long time. Slow-rise compound and a stitched outer mean they hold their shape through hundreds of squeezes — nothing like the fast-foam ones that tear in a week.
Gifting
Do they arrive gift-wrapped?
Always. Every order ships in tissue with ribbon and a hand-tied tag, with no prices or invoices inside.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes, and it's free. Write your note at checkout and we'll print it on a card tucked inside the box.
Do you do party favours in bulk?
We do. Our mini packs are built for party bags, and larger orders are welcome — email us with your headcount and date.
